Important Notes:
🔹 USB Port Limitations – The USB port is not meant for audio tracks or charging 🔹 Track Selection – You must change tracks from your phone (factory radio buttons won’t skip songs). 🔹 Audio Switching – If using the factory radio or CD player, pause your phone’s audio first to avoid hearing both at once.

Microphone Troubleshooting for Apple Users
If your calls aren’t routing through the Bluetooth mic:
Max out your phone volume the first time you make a call.
Check your iPhone settings: Settings > Accessibility > Touch > Call Audio Routing, then select your preferred audio destination.
If audio sounds clearer when speaking into your phone, your calls may be routing through the phone’s mic instead of the Bluetooth mic.
U.S. users: To test, dial 804-222-1111 and hear your voice repeated back to you.
1998-2004 Toyota Tacoma Users
Press the CD button twice to enter CD1 mode—no Y-cable or SC430Mods CD needed!
Track change buttons work via Bluetooth!
🔹 Upgrade today and enjoy wireless music & calls without replacing your factory radio!

Installed in ten minutes. Immediately worked with no trouble shooting.
Another Great update available from SC430mods.com sounds great and fairly easy to install just have to be very careful removing climate control other than that plug and play and my CD player doesn't work so goes through fm station I had a little static at first I pushed RDS button completely clear now So must better than local station that always have commercials installed the mic for the phone right below the vent seems to work well also 👍👍
Don't get me wrong, I love the nostalgia of flipping through the old CD book and playing those old songs. However, it also brought back to me how taxing it was as well, skipping the songs I didn't like, missing CD, etc... The addition of Bluetooth let's me access Spotify, Satellite Radio, etc... all via my phone. It let's me enjoy the car vs adding hassle.
Install was straight forward. Instructions and the video were not clear on the middle port. It is needed for the default nav to work.
Since I had to disassemble components to get to the factory screen to ship it to Calvin for the CarPlay/screen upgrade, I decided to work on installing this BT adapter. Nothing beats updating my aging SC430 current technology. I had to consult Henri and his replies were speedy. The grassroots support that is behind the SC 430 is remarkable. Thank you for keeping my Pebble current and more fun to drive!
Very happy with my purchase. Just what my car was missing. If you have an SC430 you 100% need this. Super easy to install.
