Works as described and is straight forward to fit as per the video. The only issue I had was as mine is right hand drive (UK) I had difficulty in finding space for the extra plug. Mounting the control box in the left hand space behind seat belt warning light is OK but the plug still fits into the left side of the climate control unit. Rather than the cable laying flat/straight over the existing loom it has to be curved tightly to fit. I zip tied the new module loom (between the plugs) to retain
The one touch roof opener arrived really quickly from the US and fitting took me just 15 minutes without needing to remove anything except the audio head unit. It works perfectly and makes the roof actuation so much easier...can't understand why Lexus did not do this from new. A great product and at a very reasonable price.
Easy installation, especially thanks to the video. It took me a bit of fiddling to make it fit but no big deal. Once you have this in your car, you realize what a pain it was to have to hold the button down before. Super nice!
I always thought, it was wrong to keep pressing the button to open or close the roof and thanks to Kevin, this new piece of kit works amazing and is so easy to operate! Best thing ever after this throttle controller! Both are a must in my opinion!
Works like a charm, just as advertised. Very easy plug and play DYI install based on the video. I had to replace the A/C Heat Temperature Climate Controller because the close/open switch had failed, preventing the convertible top from opening. After seeing the video I decided to install this kit to reduce the wear and tear on the new switch. Happy with the results.
